THE BRIEF
A new rural distillery and visitor-facing space designed around production, safety and a fixed delivery deadline.
THE RESPONSE
A steel portal frame and off-site preparation supported the short programme. The layout coordinates ventilation, drainage, production equipment and safe visitor movement.
THE OUTCOME
The building created a dedicated production base and visitor offer within the grant-led delivery period.
